Tá 12 amhrán nua-chumtha roghnaithe le bheith páirteach sa chomórtas náisiúnta Pan Cheilteach 2015 a reachtálfar ins an Ostán Seven Oaks, Ceatharlach ar an Satharn, 7ú Márta ag 8.00i.n. Fáilte roimh chách. Ticéid @ €10.

IMRO atá ag déanamh urraíochta ar an gcomórtas náisiúnta i gcomhar le Gael Linn agus Glór Cheatharlach . Beidh €1,000 ag dul don amhrán buach chomh maith le bheith mar iontráil na hÉireann ag an bhFéile Idirnáisiúnta Pan Cheilteach 2015 i nDoire um Cháisc.

12 songs for the Pan Celtic 2015 national song contest in Carlow

12 songs will go head to head in the Pan Celtic National Song Contest 2015 which will be held in the Seven Oaks Hotel, Carlow on Saturday, 7 March at 8pm. All are welcome. Tickets €10.

Sponsored by IMRO in association with Gael Linn and Glór Cheatharlach, the composer of winning song will receive a cash prize of €1,000 and the song will go forward to represent Ireland at the Pan Celtic International Song Contest to be held in Derry in April.

The Month of March is Irish Month in Carlow.An amazing festival of Irish and cultural events will take place in Carlow throughout the month of March. Highlights include the Pan Celtic national song contest, St. Patrick’s festival celebrations, the musical “Annie” as Gaeilge and the Irish language regional Drama Festival.

Is eagraíocht áitiúil í Glór Cheatharlach chun an teanga a chur chun cinn anseo i mBaile Cheatharlach. Tá alán eolais ar an suíomh faoin obair a bhíonn ar siúl againn agus faoi na himeachtaí a eagraimid chomh maith le naisc go suíomhanna usáideacha éagsúla atá bainteach le saol na Gaeilge.
